How to Write Minutes
Annual Reports - Per the KSDAR Bylaws, each State Committee Chair and Each Chapter Regent shall prepare an annual report of less than 200 words. These reports must be sent to the State Recording Secretary, Peggi Barrett, by April 10 to be included in the Annual Report & Proceedings Book that is distributed at the State September Meeting. State Chairs and Chapter Regents should be prepared to give a short oral report at the State Conference.
